Life, they say, is a renting space. We are renters on this planet. I can't claim that a truer explanation of life on earth ever existed. We are in a sense living on earth as renters. Renting our space to others or renting our cars in lieu of earning a living is a serious business. Companies stand on that principle.
We cannot deny that. But, like every deal, there exists a dispute and this business is no exception. We can no longer decide between right and wrong. There is close to 6,000,000,000 euros lost in dispute resolution. And, that's too bad for any industry out there, which is trying to stand firm on its ground. We cannot help but notice that is there a solution to it. The solution of the security deposit is collapsing given a large number of cases, where the renter is not paid his security deposit. RxEAL is here with a better deal which provides the best solution for the real estate and car rental businesses. An approach based on the blockchain technology which allows easy transaction of assets between engaging parties. Ethereum based smart contracts are utilised to create trust and security on the platform.

The smart contract is signed between the engaging parties before the deal is signed and that is stored in the ethereum blockchain. If in any case, the dispute arises between the engaging parties, an independent panel of arbitrage, who are expert and qualified people, exist on the platform. They will be awarded Rxeal tokens for their service.

RxEAL model depicts that owner will pay RXL and will create smart contract for deployment afterward, customer will send it deposit directly to smart contract and at the end of contract smart contract will release deposit according to fair polices of paid agreement after deducing contract fees. If somehow, dispute has raised smart contract will sort it out by every possible way within seconds.  It is the most straightforward and easy model to resolve the disputes in the rental industry at lower cost and in a more secure way. The fee is very small which will be applicable to avail this service for instance if agreement value is equal to 1500 USD only 3.4% fee will be charged. Fees are subjected to be changed for higher amounts. Ethereum block-chain is most advanced and up-to-date technology, all deposits will remain save in smart contract nodes even RxEAL has no possession of it. How does it work?

This is a model that sets very competitive prices for its customers and ensures efficient profitability and functionality of the Company, while providing a financial tool for mediators.
As an example, a mediator who works 8 hours a day and examines a dispute every 30 minutes can earn RXL tokens worth 60 USD a day.
The proposal of the reference rate model is oriented towards the lessor when he uses the RXL to pay for the service. We believe that our service provides an advantage to landlords because it allows us to offer the same product to tenants who are looking for faster transactions and greater protection against the unfair retention of security deposits, so tenants are likely to opt more for the landlord's rent, while tenants would like to pay a small surcharge for that service.
We also consider offering a custody regime in which we would maintain the deposit and obtain interest accordingly, making this service completely free of charge. Such pricing models could be implemented when Ethereum makes transitions to the Test of Participation consensus agreement.
Another pricing model to be offered is based on the pricing of the ether in proportion to the price fixed at the beginning of the contract. If Ether increases the value again during the settlement, the profits can be divided between the two parties.
